The Comparative Market Analysis is one that many people are familiar with, looking at recent sales activity and analyzing comparables to estimate properties worth. This is an activity that we are engaged in readily, supplying our clients and the general public with pricing information. Beyond this black and white review of “hard facts”, real estate requires an element of submergence into the market place. We very literally have to feel the trends we are experiencing and sense supply and demand needs. This often goes beyond what any statistical review would reveal. We have a very real belief that in order to be an outstanding real estate agent, we must be absorbed in the market. We live each day on the very edge of where the market is moving and hold our fingers very close to the pulse of all activity.
