As a home buyer there is often an array of questions that may be asked and that we are happy to answer. These questions range from when is the best time to buy to what is our forecast for the future market. These questions and others need to be answered personally and the answers sway with market trends. Often a buyer may wish to visit us in our office to have the opportunity to be guided through a review of what they may anticipate in the process. One of the reasons we choose to keep a well located and comfortable Kensington office is to host just such client meetings. We also find that being easily located in the heart of Kensington is a great launching spot to go on a tour of properties with buyers.
 
We have a well established auto email notification for our clients. We establish a web based personal page that works as a tool for clients to organise properties that they would like to see and to delete others that are not of interest. We find our client web pages get plenty of positive feedback from home shoppers and is a great way to keep informed. Our system also allows us to make recommendations to our clients and to maintain an easy dialogue fine tuning your search needs. We often will include properties that have sold for client searches so that you may be informed about current market value.
